Our School

South Meadow Elementary School is a Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) facility in Stoney Creek, opened in January 2021. Built on the former Memorial school site, it replaced both Memorial and Mountain View schools. It offers JK-8 education, featuring a modern building with child care services.
